Urgent requests

Where a site or application is completely down or it is unable to take donations/purchases for all users then we ask that you follow the following procedure in order to benefit from a faster SLA:

During working hours:  Call the office directly on +44(0)20 3773 8830 and speak to the Head of Digital Operations in the first instance.  If you are unable to get hold of your contact immediately, then please email down@godonate.digital with the website URL and a short message explaining the problem.

Out of hours: Email down@godonate.digital with the website URL and a short message explaining the problem.

We aim to respond to urgent site down requests within one hour.
